Aliter Investors Ethica Balanced is an diversified fund, actively managed by Lombard Odier (Europe) and monitored by Aliter Invest.
It applies an ethical approach based on Christian Social Teaching. The approach presents a framework of exclusion (sectors of addiction, controversial weapons, violations of the dignity of life, etc.) and a positive approach (particular attention to companies that improve their practices over time).
The fund invests in companies that apply the best social and environmental practices, contribute to sustainable development and support healthy working conditions, while protecting human life and dignity.
The equity component is made up of international securities with a geographical weighting close to that of the MSCI World. The bond component is made up of investment grade (>BBB-) European debt securities and euro-denominated money market instruments.
In order to respond to the call to be 'good stewards', our goal is to know and monitor portfolio companies through in-depth analysis and, where possible, engagement with management.
We believe in a positive correlation between human capital and economic value, and ultimately good financial returns.
We are convinced that financial capital must be allocated to companies that respect the dignity of the person.
